During my stay, I really loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. Just a short drive away, I found Pilcher Park and the Illinois and Michigan Canal Trail, perfect spots for walking and soaking in nature while exploring the city.

The room I stayed in was spacious and had a very comfortable bed, which provided a much-needed respite after a long day of work. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being directly off the highway, making it easy to access local businesses and services.

We had a great time exploring Harrah's Joliet Casino, which is just 15 minutes away. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spotless rooms and a delightful continental breakfast. It was nice to unwind with my colleagues in such a relaxing atmosphere.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use some deep cleaning for families with children.

Family event disaster

The check-in was decent, and those two gentlemen were friendly enough. They moved my family member to another room when they complained about that awful cigarette smell in theirs.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but still somewhat tolerable.
